Questions about pricing
How does the free trial work?
You get everything free for 7 days, with no card needed. Tutors get Plus, so they can see what Prof does. Then you choose a plan. If you don’t, your account turns read-only: nothing is deleted, and you can still see and download everything.
What’s the exam pass?
One payment that lasts until your exams, then stops by itself, so there’s nothing to cancel. It costs less each month than paying monthly. With no exam date yet, it lasts 12 months.
What’s the difference between Essentials and Plus?
Essentials has everything a tutor needs to run their tutoring: work, marking, past papers, live lessons, parent reports and locked-down exams. Plus adds Prof with no limit (it makes work, drafts marking and plans with you), mocks with grades, the exam camera and StudyBridge’s own practice papers and self-study for your learners.
Is there a limit on Prof?
No. On Plus, Prof makes as many papers and quizzes as you need and changes them as often as you like. You can always edit anything it makes yourself, too.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel any time and keep working to the end of the month you’ve paid for. Yearly plans and exam passes run to their end date. You can have a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices are set in US dollars, and you see and pay them in your own currency.
How do I pay?
During early access, we arrange payment with you directly. Online checkout is coming.
Are there discounts?
No: one fair price for everyone. Tutors who pay yearly get 1 month free, and the exam pass costs less than paying monthly.
